Born and raised in Alabama, Calvin embodies a legacy of leadership and service. He earned a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce from the University of Alabama and a Master’s in Executive Leadership from Liberty University, where he is currently pursuing his Ph.D. in Organizational Management with a concentration in Leadership. He also holds an Honorary Operations Manager Degree from the United States Air Force Officer Program.

Calvin began his real estate journey on the appraisal side, serving 15 years in local tax assessor’s offices before relocating to Charlotte to lead the Appeals Team for the Mecklenburg County Revaluation in 2019. An award-winning professional, Calvin’s work within the Meck County Tax Office garnered national recognition resulting in his team winning the NACO Excellence in Innovation Award. His deep knowledge of property valuation and market dynamics, combined with his Residential Commercial Certification (RCC) through Coldwell Banker Commercial, uniquely positions him to serve clients across both residential and commercial real estate.

Rooted in professionalism and driven by passion, Calvin believes real estate is more than property — it’s about people, lifestyle, and legacy. His eye for detail, strategic negotiation skills, and deep market knowledge ensure his clients receive nothing less than exceptional results. Beyond real estate, Calvin is deeply dedicated to service. A former United States Marine, he also previously served as Board Member for NC Reentry Housing Alliance and Aide to Inmate Mothers. He continues to serve his community as a Board Member of SWIPE (Sisters Walking in Purpose and Excellence) and member of Government Finance Officers Association. He also volunteers regularly at his local church, reflecting his belief that leadership means lifting others.

When he’s not helping clients achieve their real estate goals, Calvin enjoys giving back to the community and spending time with his wife, six children, and favorite person grandbaby Hope — because true success is measured by the lives you impact along the way.
